Fastned — Designing a story-driven platform
I led Fastned’s 2024 website redesign, applying Ellen Lupton’s Design is Storytelling framework to structure content and user experience.
I conducted stakeholder interviews across Corporate, Sustainability, and Partnerships, then facilitated six context workshops to translate insights into a scalable information architecture.
The redesign increased engagement, improved time on page, and remains the foundation of the website today.

Maandag® — Help Maandag Becoming a digital leader
In a crowded talent market, Maandag® stood out by designing a digital experience that feels human.
With a team of strategists, developers, and designers, I redesigned their platform to create a more human experience, added personalized job recommendations, streamlined applications, and introduced new UX features for the design system.
Our work collective work helped Maandag® win the 2023 Effie® Brand Award, boosting applications by 147%.

CBRE — Elevating workplace experiences
The CBRE Elevate app is a white-label platform that enhances workplace experiences across CBRE’s Dutch Office Fund portfolio, including Delftse Poort, WTC Utrecht, and WTC Amsterdam with scalability for future expansion.
Together with the client, and in close collaboration with a visual designer refining the design system, we crafted features like community engagement, desk booking, and a loyalty program, and more - creating a premium office experience that elevates how people work.
